First of all, thank you for participating in this early access program of the new DocuWare. For a limited time period, you have full access to use and test features months before they are officially available, and therefore your early input affects directly priorities and usability. Our goal is to collaboratively build a new DocuWare experience with you – one that feels modern and effortless but is still the DocuWare you know.
What does the early access program mean for me?
You will be able to use the new client in your own DocuWare Cloud organizations, productive or test systems, that are enabled for the early access program. You can use it in one or multiple systems, and you can switch back and forth between the new and the classic client at any time.
You are invited to test the new DocuWare and to share your feedback.
How can I access the new DocuWare client?
To access the new DocuWare client, click the Open new DocuWare link at the top of the classic DocuWare client or use the following URL:
<your>.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/ly
If, for example, you need a feature that is not yet available, you can switch back at any time via New DocuWare > Menu > Back to classic DocuWare.
How can I keep up with changes and limitations?
New features are added continuously. The current set is production-ready, though a few areas and features still have specific restrictions. To minimise surprises and make planning easier, a “key features & limitations” report is refreshed every month with the latest additions and known limitations - see the links in the paragraph below.
