As long as the new and the classic DocuWare are available, administrators can control how and when their teams transition to the new interface.
All roll-out options are available in DocuWare Configurations › Organization Settings › General tab.
The selected mode applies to everyone in the organization and can be changed at any time during the parallel-operation period:
1. User-controlled rollout: Select Show classic as default to allow every user to change the default to the new DocuWare design.
2. Admin-controlled rollout: Select Show new as default to allow users to switch to the classic client, but they cannot change the default themselves.
3. Forced rollout: If you select Only show new design, all links to the classic client are removed.
Switching in the client
Switch to new client: In the classic design, click the Open new Docuware link:
Switch to classic client: In the new DocuWare design, choose Menu (the three dots icon) > Back to classic DocuWare:
