We’ve made significant updates to the DocuWare Workflow Designer, new features and a clean, modern interface, all the while ensuring that the core concept remains unchanged – namely, ensuring a seamless experience for users completing tasks.

First off, the new Workflow Designer, or Web-based Worfklow Designer, is HTML-based, bringing it into alignment with all other DocuWare components, and it can be accessed directly within DocuWare Configurations.

Furthermore, being “web-based”, the new Workflow Designer no longer requires installation on a specific device, but is rather accessible from any device or location, offering greater flexibility and convenience.

While easy access is a key update to the Web-based Workflow Designer, we’ve also given the interface a more modern touch, improving its usability and aesthetic design.
