In a workflow, a document is processed through a series of steps, which are configured using activities. Before you may publish the workflow, all activities must be connected to ensure the workflow functions correctly.
To do this, arrange all workflow items in the correct sequence and connect them by dragging a line from the input port of one action to the output port of another.
To remove a connection, select it and press the key [Delete].
For more clarity in a workflow with multiple activities, hide the connector lines and/or collaps the workflow cards.
Connect the workflow activities before you publish the workflow.
