DocuWare lists and tasks can now be integrated as tabs in a Teams chat or channel. All those who primarily work in Teams can now keep an eye on their current to do's and complete them directly from Teams. This applies both to lists as file cabinet dialogues and to task lists in connection with workflows.

Applications

  • Add a list of current product brochures to the Teams channel that Sales uses so that the documents are directly available where colleagues work.

  • You include the workflow tasks as a tab within your department’s Teams. From there, users can see tasks assigned to them and everyone has a good overview of tasks assigned to the department. All can process their tasks directly from within Teams.

Here's how

This innovation from November 2023 relates to lists in the form of file cabinet dialogues as well as task lists in connection with workflows. Customers who already use the DocuWare Teams app need to update the app to receive the functions.
