Under Permissions you give yourself and/or other users the right to use the configuration. You have two options here: You can assign the configuration directly to individual users or indirectly via roles to all users who hold the role.
There are two permissions:
A user can use the configuration.
An administrator can change or delete the configuration. If an administrator also needs to be able to use the configuration, they will need the user right as well. For an administrator to be able to use their permission, they must also have the Text Recognition right (assigned in DocuWare Administration under User Administration > Function Profiles > Profile x > DocuWare Configuration).
The creator of a configuration automatically receives the user and administrator right. The administrator right can only be taken back at a later date by another administrator. If the creator of a configuration does not wish to be authorized to use it themselves, they must delete themselves from the list of users.
