Configuring Forms

A wizard guides you through the configuration of a Web Form with the following steps:

  • Design: Select form fields and arrange them.

  • Submission: You can link a Web Form to a Merge Form and edit the messages following submission.

  • Output: Using the Store dialog, you also select the file cabinet where the forms are stored.

  • Indexing: Link the form fields and the index fields of the file cabinet.

  • Permissions: Assign user and administrator rights.
