# DocuWare Add-in for Microsoft Outlook update

Components: DocuWare Add-in for Microsoft Outlook, DocuWare Cloud

The new version of the add-in offers usability improvements and settings options, especially for storage locations. Available document trays and file cabinet dialogs can either be synchronized with the DocuWare Web Client or their order and visibility can be adjusted specifically for the add-in.

Applications

- Synchronize displayed storage locations and store dialogs with Web Client
- Use special store dialogs for the Outlook integration, for example with predefined entries such as “Email” for the “Document type” field
