# Assign licenses to groups

It is now possible to assign or revoke user licenses to all users in a group at once.

**Components**: DocuWare Cloud; Configuration > User Management

Application

- You have a group of DocuWare users who only work with DocuWare workflows. You can now assign a workflow license to all users in the group with a single click.

Benefits

- Easier license assignment
- Better overview of assigned licenses

Here's how

Open the "Groups" tab in the User Management component and click on a group. The new tab “Assign licenses” includes the buttons for the license assignment.
