# Forms: Percentage operator in formulas

Component: DocuWare Forms

For calculations within DocuWare Forms, percent (%) is now available as an operator in the formula editor in addition to the four basic arithmetic operations.

Application

- Automatic calculations of percentage values, for example VAT

Benefits

- Easier to create formulas
- Better performance through shorter formulas
