With Workflow Manager you can create clear rules for document handling in your company: You can control working processes using document-based workflows, which are implemented with the DocuWare system. This lightens the load on your employees and makes daily business operations easier, as tasks can be performed quickly and efficiently.
Workflow Manager consists of two components:
Workflow Designer: You or the administrator can design your organization's workflows using Workflow Designer.
There are two versions of Workflow Designer available.
Web based Workflow Designer open beta (“new” version)
Workflow Designer as Desktop app (“previous version”)
Workflow tasks: All workflow tasks that have been assigned to you are listed in the workflow task list in DocuWare Web Client.
