# Convenient e-invoice processing with Connect to Mail

Components: General Email, Document Processing

No matter which e-mail program you use, Connect to Mail makes it much easier to work with e-invoices in DocuWare. A single configuration is all that is needed to read all common German and French invoice formats, as well as many others, and to use the data for further processes.

Application

- You receive e-invoices in Gmail, Outlook or another standard program and would like to use the invoice data in other processes.

To process e-invoices with Connect to Mail, create a configuration for document processing in DocuWare and integrate it with your Connect to Mail configuration.
