About the new Knowledge Center

Why did we move the Knowledge Center? It is all about you finding your answers easily and quickly! Read what is new:

  • Design: The articles are presented in a clear, structured format, with each one clearly separated from the others.

  • Navigation: To access an article, select it from the categories on the left. The categories are the same as in the old Knowledge Center.
    A mini table of content on the right provides the structure of longer articles like for example White Paper.

  • Quick search: Enter the keywords in the search bar to get immediately the results. This method helps a lot, when you are looking for a specific document like “system requirements”. Just enter “system” and you will see the result “system requirement” right on the top of the list.

  • Advanced search: Enter the keywords and press [Enter] or click Go to advanced search to filter the results list based on categories and tags. The advanced search is useful, if you are looking for more general subjects.

  • Interaction: Submit your feedback. You will find the rating buttons at the end of the articles. Also please provide us with detailed feedback via mail.

New content will be added exclusively to the new Knowledge Center as soon as the move for a language is complete. This means that the previous English Knowledge Center help.docuware.com will NO LONGER BE UPDATED from July 18, 2024.

The links to the old Knowledge Center are still valid because the content remains online for now. In the long term, however, it is advisable to save the same content on the new Knowledge Center as a bookmark, as the content on help.docuware.com will be deprecated and removed in long term.
